Our customers and their emails are very important to us. With the exception of holidays and weekends, we are generally able to respond to inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours. Emails are answered in the order they are received. After taking the above into consideration, if you have not received a response to an email inquiry, please take a moment to resend it.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Here at Inner Beauty Minerals LLC, your privacy is of the utmost importance. Information is collected solely for the purpose of ensuring accurate shipment of products. Customer registration is offered to enhance your shopping experience on our website and is never shared with outside parties. Registering does not opt you in to an automatic shipment club of any kind. You will receive sales notices/newsletters via email only if you have signed up to receive them. You may opt out at any time by sending an email to info@innerbeautymineral.com with a request to removed from our mailing list.

SECURITY INFORMATION

The secure collection of personal and financial information is of highest priority. We take all necessary security measures to protect customer information. Our site utilizes the industry standard 128 bit encryption SSL (secure socket layer) through a custom integration payment gateway via Ecwid, a state of the art technology, that ensures secure sales transactions. Credit card information is used only for the authorized transaction and is not stored in our systems or databases.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover card payments via our Secure Shopping Cart. You may also make a credit card purchase through PayPal, whether or not you have a PalPal account.

PayPal: We are PayPal Verified and accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover card payments from all customers via the PayPal interface. Additionally, PayPal account holders may make a purchase via instant bank transfer, existing funds or eCheck. These payment options require you to sign into your PayPal account. Please note: Orders paid for via eCheck will not be shipped until PayPal sends notification that funds have cleared. This is generally a 4-10 day process.

Money Orders and Cashiers Checks: We do accept personal checks but please know that this can severely impact how quickly your order gets turned around. Existing customers will not typically see delays but we typically hold orders until checks have cleared for new clients so just be aware of this process. We do NOT accept international money orders. To this form of payment, please select “check or money order” in the payment section of the shopping cart. Print out a copy of your order and include it along with your payment. Please note: All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

COUPONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Inner Beauty Minerals LLC reserves the right to offer promotional coupons or special discount codes to our valued customers. Only one coupon/discount code may be applied at a time per order unless otherwise stated. Coupon/Discount promotional codes may expire at any given time and/or may have a limited amount of time or use(s) applied to them. We reserve the right to change or discontinue our coupon/discount code promotions, free shipping and Special Offers.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICIES

Processing: Although you can place orders on the Inner Beauty Minerals LLC website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Although we strive to process orders on the business day following their placement, please allow at least 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Processing time is estimated and is dependent upon current order volume. All orders are processed in the order that they are received, regardless of chosen shipping method. During sales and holidays we experience a larger volume of orders and processing times can be extended beyond the 3-5 business days. In the case of longer processing times, we will contact you.

Shipping: All orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays. Various shipping methods may be used and since we are offering free shipping on all orders in the continental US, we reserve the right to choose the carrier and method of shipment. Reminder: all orders are processed in the order that they are received, regardless of chosen shipping method.

Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is available at check-out but it is optional. However, we cannot guarantee delivery unless insurance is purchased. By placing an order via this website and choosing not to add insurance, you are absolving Inner Beauty Minerals LLC of all responsibility should your package be lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you add insurance to your shipment and it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, a claim can be made. Please note: Insurance claims can only be made on damaged items, we cannot replace lost orders. Damaged item claims require photographs of damage to be sent to info@innerbeautymineral.com.

USPS Lost & Damage Policy: Damaged Goods - Claims on damaged items need to be within 24 hours of delivery. Lost Packages - Claims on lost packages must be made no less than 30 days and no more than 180 days from ship date, regardless of the package priority level. There could be additional costs associated with reshipping orders that were lost so please expect, Processing & Tranasaction fees plus the full cost of reshipping the item.

Delivery Scheduling: We cannot time schedule delivery to business addresses nor residences. Time and day of delivery is the sole discretion of the USPS. If you need a delivery scheduled, please contact your local Post Office. If you need a package delivered to a business address, please make arrangements for the package to be properly received.

Undeliverable and Wrong Address: In the event that a package is returned due to undeliverable or incorrect address, unless it was our error, we will not pay to have the package reshipped. You will be required to pay the appropriate shipping fees and correct the address before your package can be reshipped. Please Note: We will begin the reship process only after we have received the returned package. Please double check that your address is correct and make arrangements for the package to be properly received.

Refund in Lieu of Reship: If you decline to have your package reshipped and instead request a refund, please be aware that shipping and handling costs, as well as a 25% restocking fee (minimum of $5.00) will be deducted from the total cost of your order before it is refunded. Please Note: We will begin the refund process only after we have received the returned package.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse your package and it is returned to us, please be aware that shipping and handling costs, as well as a 25% restocking fee (minimum of $5.00) will be deducted from the total cost of your order before it is refunded. In the event that the shipment was not insured and the package or product has been opened or tampered with, refunds will NOT be given as we cannot restock said items. Please Note: We will begin a refused shipment refund process only after we have received the returned package.

Changes/Cancellations of Orders: Due to a high volume of orders and the flow of our processing procedures, it can be very difficult to make changes to your order after it has been submitted. There is a strict 25% Cancellation Fee if order is not canceled within a 24 hour period of placing the order. Before submitting your order, please be sure to check it over for accuracy. Please note: To cancel after a package has been shipped, please see "Refused Shipments" above.

Return Policy: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our products to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you decide to return a product, shipping costs for the returned item will the responsibility of the buyer and refunds for the original purchase price will be issued after we receive the product back. Returned products will be subject to inspection before any refunds are given and typically refunds are offered as a "Return for Credit" where the buyer is given the option to use the credit to try a different product. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns about your product before sending it back.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Our Products are NOT tested on animals, period. When we do test our products, we use human volunteers, be it clients, family, friends, or staff, and all have fun doing it. If you would like to be a tester of new products at Inner Beauty Minerals, please follow us on our Facebook page. We post there when we are seeking volunteers to test new products. Also, you may sign up for our newsletter as it features special updates that include any requests for testers.

Results given in testimonials are from actual customers who have used our products but are not claimed as typical. Your own experience(s) may vary from those mentioned in the testimonials. Inner Beaty Minerals LLC will not be held liable for more than the customers purchase amount; as stated above under all terms and conditions and policies. If you purchase Inner Beauty Minerals Cosmetics outside of our website and/or outside of Inner Beauty Minerals LLC, we shall not be held responsible for any transactions, dealings or anything that may occur or result out of such purchase,use or transaction. We do NOT sell our products through wholesale private label, we do not make products for other businesses or private label sales. Anyone that claims their product x is the same as Inner Beauty formulation is incorrect.

We only sell Inner Beauty Minerals Cosmetics and possibly products Inner Beauty Minerals LLC endorses and/or believes work well with our product line.

We reserve the right to change our terms, conditions and policies; as listed above, in part and in all therein and herein stated, our product formulations and all products we carry; if we feel it is necessary for Inner Beauty Minerals LLC, the products we carry and/or our clients.
